I have ChatGPT, why would I need Ariado?

ChatGPT is a blank page and a prompt: every time from scratch. Ariado understands the semantics of your project: it knows this is a decision, that is a risk, and this person is a stakeholder, and it remembers it between meetings. It keeps the full record: who decided, when, why, and why not otherwise, linked to the source, with no making things up. It is the difference between a camper ready for the holidays and a delivery van you first have to convert. And this memory is yours: it travels with you across projects and companies.

Will Ariado replace Jira or Asana?

No. Ariado lives next to those tools, not instead of them. Your team keeps delivering tasks where they always have. Ariado is for you: it holds the context, decisions and people of the whole project.

Does my team have to use it?

No. Ariado is a single PM's assistant. The value is there even if you are the only person using it. Nobody on the team has to fill anything in.

Where is my data?

We host in the EU. Personal data is pseudonymised before anything reaches the AI model. On the other side there is no identification of specific people. Every piece of information in Ariado has a linked source. Details in the privacy policy.

What if it is not for me?

In the pilot you pay nothing. Later: you use it for a month, give us feedback, and if it is not for you, we refund the money.
